I just wanted to let you know how very satisfied I was with the service I received today at Valencia Acura. You have an awesome service department. It's very important for me to tell you about my experience at Valencia Acura. I had pretty much already made up my mind to buy a car at another dealership, but I stopped into your showroom just to take a look at the new 2009 Acura TSX. I was met by Paul Reyes, who took me for a test drive. Paul did not put any pressure on me whatsoever and explained all of the features. He was calm, patient and went over things more than once so that I would be comfortable with handling the vehicle and know about all the functions of the car. I really fell in love with the TSX, but I decided to leave and think about what I wanted to do - as well as compare the car to others I had been researching for some time. Again, Paul did not try to pressure me. If he had, I would not have returned.

I returned to your dealership and asked Paul to take me out again. As before, he walked me step by step through the functions that were especially important to me. I know that he was doing his job, but it just didn't feel like that was what he was doing. He treated me with gentleness and respect.

I have to tell you that anytime I have ever gone through the process of purchasing a car it has always been an extremely unpleasant process. However, Paul made this time a pleasant and educational experience. Yes, I loved the look and everything else about the car, but it was really Paul's guidance and care that convinced me to buy my car at your dealership. I was also assisted by sales manager Daniel Choe and Brian Afdahl, who helped me through the financial part of the transaction.

Since buying my car, I have come in several times with questions. I was not ignored after the purchase - which had happened in the past at other dealers.. Again, I was treated wonderfully and had all my questions answered.

My experience buying a car at Valencia Acura was a wonderful one. I have shared my experience with everyone I know and will continue to do so. You are very fortunate to have someone like Paul Reyes at your dealership. I am sure you are already aware of that, but I think it is important that you know your clients think so as well. I had a fantastic experience with your staff.
I just purchased a 2005 RL A-Spec from your dealership last night, and I wanted to relay to you that I had a fantastic experience with your staff. I bought my first 1996 Acura 3.2TL from you nine years ago and although it was great car for me and hard to get rid of, it was time for an upgrade!

I am so happy with the RL and your staff made it a pleasant experience last night. I was very impressed by Nick Levin's knowledge of the vehicle along with his professional and friendly service throughout the evening. He was at my home until 11:15pm, wasn't rushing to leave and was extremely helpful running through the many functions of the car. Your sales manager Greg was also very helpful and Dee went out of his way to share in my excitement about the purchase even though he wasn't the salesman of record.

The most customer service oriented dealership ever.
Valencia Acura is by far the most customer service oriented dealership I have ever dealt with! It really doesn't take much to stand above most dealerships - but Valencia Acura towers above the others. They definitely exceed my expectations.

There are a number of things that impress me about Valencia Acura:

-The longevity of the service writers. I've dealt with the same people for five years now (since we bought our 2003). They always make me feel welcome and very important. If they say they will do something, they do it and follow-through. The quality of work is excellent and I have never had to return with the same problem.

-You can tell the ownership is behind the strong customer service commitment. The free "perks" they offer really stand out. Like the massages, shoe shines, nail treatments, good quality donuts and an assortment of coffee and soft drinks.

-Everyone in the dealership is friendly and "customer aware." No matter who you run into, you are greeted respectfully and most ask if there is anything they can do for you!

-Lastly, there's one thing that has to be generated from the very top. It is apparent the employees like one another and like working there. The day I was in, an employee was celebrating her 21st birthday and I watched other Valencia Acura employees go out of their way to wish her well. That means a lot because those kind of relationships spill out onto the customer.

You guys always come through with flying colors
I have to say that your service advisor Mike Dellolio is very professional, courteous and a true gentleman on the job. I had a problem with my vehicle and Mike was there once again making everything very convenient with his personal touch.

He even set me up with a rental while the issue was being resolved with my car. I was able to make it to my appointments at work on time without any worries about how I would get there. Let me tell you - working in the movie industry is very demanding and I work a lot of crazy hours. Thanks to Mike's brilliant fast thinking and stress free approach, I was taken care of in complete comfort and it made my situation effortless.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Valencia Acura. When I have to deal with any vehicle issues you guys have always come through for me with flying colors. Especially Mike. He is the best!
